The ICC has convicted four Africans so far.

That has made some of the continent’s leaders to argue that the ICC is biased against African countries. However, UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon says the decision by South Africa, Burundi and Gambia to exit the ICC, could send the wrong message in the fight for justice.

  1. The ICC, evidently, is bias towards African leaders and other developing countries. We have seen how leaders of developed nations violate human rights and commit grave atrocities but have never been referred to the ICC.
Great powers like the US, Britain and France have done worse but never a time was any reference made regarding their actions/atrocities. Saudi Arabia is engaged in killings in their own territories and Yemen but no ICC talks about this.

It is said that African leaders are opening their eyes now to this. The AU should hurry up and create its own court to challenge these issues.

The ICC is all about Selective Justice. Why are they not championing the call for reparations?
